About the Role:
We are looking for a Freelance Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire skilled professionals for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for software engineering, DevOps, data, and other IT positions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation — while working independently and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews, coding tests, and feedback with hiring teams.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for multiple technical roles (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps engineers, data scientists).
- Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.




- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, stacks, and job functions (e.g., Python, Java, React, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills on LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Ability to assess candidate resumes and technical fit quickly.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for software startups or product-based companies.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse).
- Basic understanding of technical screening tools (e.g., HackerRank, Codility).
