Your Role:
This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating national-level finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll processing, statutory reporting, donor fund tracking, internal reconciliations, internal MIS reporting mechanism and audits and finalisation of Balance sheet. The role will also require robust analytical capabilities,



automation skills in Excel. Core Deliverables includes:
- Payroll & Employee Finance Management
- Disbursements and reconciliations
- Statutory Compliance
- Reporting, Automation, and AI Tools

Kew Skills & Experience:
- You must a Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance) or M.Com with 7-8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Development sector.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and exposure to automation/AI tools for reporting (e.g., Power BI, ChatGPT Excel plug-ins, Excel Copilot).
- Good understanding of FCRA, TDS, PF, and ESI provisions.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work across functions and regions; strong communication and coordination skills.
