Job Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Generalist
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, and people-related activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers across teams and locations.
• Organize interviews, events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding,



offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employer branding.
• Take ownership beyond your defined responsibilities whenever needed.
