To coordinate, initiate and establish the mechanism of robust labour welfare management and facilities as per the statutory provisions as well contractual obligations creating a benchmark of services exaggerating the appreciation of stakeholders for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out Labour Welfare activities according to the applicable Labour Laws.
- Responsible to ensure Staff welfare contractual compliances maintaining utter satisfaction to the stakeholders.
- Periodic meetings with the client apprising them the status of initiatives taken and 100% compliances in place.
- Create and maintain a mechanism of monitoring of health and welfare facilities and requirements extending uninterrupted flow to the users.
- Plan and coordinate for welfare-related event, trainings organisation meeting with the beneficiaries, inspections and audits as per given schedule by the client/PMC and statutory authorities.
- Create a mechanism to educate and get familiarized staffs,



workmen and service providers about the importance of statutory processes and its provision ensuring effective implementation.
- Display of compliances and concerned provisions of workmen welfare provisions at the designated places.
- Preparing and guiding the touch points at site to provide the inputs required for preparing annual welfare budget.
- Ensure 100% compliance and proper maintenance of all relevant records and reports with the retrieval time of 3 minutes.

1. Service Documentation
- Coordinate with Site Administrators to obtain all required service documents.
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
- May ensure the availability of:
- Certified Log Sheets
- Attendance Sheets
- Work Completion Certificates
- Service Reports
- Any other supporting documents as per the service rendered.

Coordinate documentation and billing for the following services:
- Ambulance Services
- Doctors & First Aider Services
