ROLE OVERVIEW

The Cluster Head will take complete ownership of the Breach Candy outlet's day-to-day operations, business performance and team management.

The role requires a commercially driven salon skilled who can manage sales, P&L;, budgets, costs, hygiene,



customer experience and people, while maintaining the premium standards expected from a luxury salon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take complete ownership of salon operations and overall outlet performance.
- Drive sales, revenue, memberships, upselling and customer retention.
- Monitor and manage P&L;, budgets, operating costs and profitability.
- Track daily sales, productivity, service performance and key business KPIs.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure consistently high standards of luxury guest experience and service quality.
- Maintain strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and safety.
- Lead, motivate and manage salon staff including stylists, therapists, beauty professionals, front desk and support teams.
- Handle staff queries, grievances, attendance, discipline and performance-related matters.
