Skill set: GCP projects, Google workspace ,Cloud Firewall , Enterprise , Collabration, Teams, Load Balancing, Linux, Networking fundamentals, Cloud Firewall , Handle L1/L2/L3 ,Jira, Slack, Zoom, collaboration platforms and other SaaS applications

Key Responsibilities

GCP Administration
- Manage
and support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
- Manage
GCP projects, folders, organizations and resources.

Identity & Access Management
- Manage GCP IAM users, groups, roles and service accounts.
- Configure
appropriate IAM roles based on least-privilege principles.
- Manage
service accounts and authentication.

GCP Networking
- Manage
VPC networks, subnets, routes and firewall rules.
- Support
VPN, Cloud Interconnect and hybrid connectivity.
- Troubleshoot
network connectivity between on-premises and GCP.

Enterprise Applications & SaaS
- Support
integration of GCP services with enterprise applications.
- Work
with applications such as Jira, Slack, Zoom,



collaboration platforms
and other SaaS applications where required.

Security & Compliance
- Implement GCP security best practices.
- Manage IAM, firewall policies and security
configurations.

Monitoring, Backup & Operations
- Monitor
GCP infrastructure using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
- Configure
alerts and troubleshoot performance issues.

Operations & Support
- Handle
L1/L2/L3 incidents related to GCP infrastructure.
- Perform
troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate
with Google Cloud Support and technology vendors.
- Maintain
SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
