Department Overview
Financial Process Services (FPS) is a vertical of TresVista that works with major clients in the spectrum of the financial services industry relating to PTP, OTC & RTR. FPS caters to their needs related to accounting & financial. Exposure to processes related to core finance and accounting clubbed with cutting-edge techniques and software adds value to the professional growth of aspirants looking for a career in the industry of finance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst who will be a part of the Financial Process Services department.



The Analyst will provide support to clients for financial processes and internal projects.

Key Role Deliverables:
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including supplier > onboarding, contract management, invoice processing, and dispute > resolution
- Process employee Travel & Expense (T&E;) claims, ensuring compliance > and addressing discrepancies
- Handle payment processing and resolve errors to ensure timely and > accurate disbursements
- Perform bank account reconciliations and balance sheet > reconciliations, including accounts payable, prepayments, and > accrued liabilities
- Recognize revenue and allocate expenses in compliance with GAAP/US > GAAP standards
- Posting journal entries for client expense accruals, lender/borrower > payments, intercompany transfers, etc.
- Prepare financial reports, including age creditor analysis, KPI > dashboards, and budget variance analysis
