ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

Linux/Unix & Shell/Python Scripting

REST APIs & Webhooks

Log Analysis & RCA

/n

Good to Have:

Polarion / ALM Platforms

AWS

/n

Docker / Kubernetes

/n

Terraform / Ansible

/n

Monitoring & Observability
