Role Overview:

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead with strong experience in bulk hiring, team handling, sourcing, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple roles.
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers on requirements.
- Monitor team performance and maintain recruitment MIS.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining closures.
- Train and mentor recruiters to improve productivity.

Mandatory Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Bulk/Volume Hiring experience is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience handling multiple requirements and hiring targets.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates residing in Delhi NCR are preferred.
