nJob Summary-
nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our General Trade business for Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, and Period Panties across Delhi. The candidate should have a strong distributor network and proven experience in the hygiene/FMCG industry.
nKey Responsibilities
n Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
n Manage distributors, super Stockiest, dealers, and retailers.
n Expand distribution and market coverage.
n Lead and mentor the sales team.
n Monitor secondary sales, stock, and collections.




n Identify recent business opportunities and market trends.
n Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and promotions. Requirements
n Graduate/MBA preferred.
n 5–10 years of General Trade sales experience.
n Mandatory experience in Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, and Period Panties.
n Strong distributor/dealer network in Delhi.
n Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
