NRole- Senior Manager- MICE Sales

- Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets. N
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers. N
- Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses. N
- Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations. N
- Build brand value by demonstrating skilled practices. N
- Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management N
- Signing of MOU's / GFO's / SLA's for all projects. N
- People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team. N
- People Managers to establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results. N
- People Manager to responsibly lead and handle change management. N




- Understand the industrybest practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement N
- Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients N
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. N
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. N
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. N
- Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior key account management. N
- Regular updating of theinformation / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid down processes under the sales function of MICE Business. N
- Submission & collectionof important documents (such as GST certificates) to clients / file closing team for better control. N
