- VDI & Cloud: AVD, Citrix, Windows 365, Hybrid EUCn
- Security: Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Accessn
- Automation: PowerShell, Azure DevOpsn
- Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, PIMn
- Tools: ServiceNow, SysTrack, Ivantin
- Lead the design and transformation of enterprise-scale End User Computing (EUC) environmentsn
- Drive modern workplace strategy leveraging cloud, automation, and AI-enabled solutionsn
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing digital workplace services aligned to business objectivesn

nKey Responsibilities:

- Define and implement EUC architecture roadmap (cloud-first, hybrid, VDI, mobility)n
- Design and deploy solutions across:n
- Microsoft Intune,



Autopilot, MECM/SCCMn
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Windows 365n
- Lead large-scale transformation programs (legacy → modern workplace)n
- Own endpoint lifecycle management, device provisioning, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11)n
- Implement endpoint security & Zero Trust controls (Defender, Conditional Access)n
- Drive automation and AI adoption (PowerShell, Copilot, DevOps)n
- Act as technical SME & escalation point for P1/P2 incidentsn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infra, Service Desk)n
- Lead change & release management including CAB governancen
- Evaluate and introduce current EUC technologies and solutionsn
