- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.n




- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules.n
- Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications.n
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.n
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools.n
- Positive understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.n
