Job DescriptionExperienced Salesforce Developer II supporting the development, enhancement, and integration of Service Cloud solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-impact business functionality, scalable custom components, and system integrations within an enterprise Salesforce environment. The role is a hands-on Salesforce developer position focused on independently executing development tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management. Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed. Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations. Time Zone: U.S. Central Time (CT)
nRequirements Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.n
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes. Lightning development, with strong hands-on LWC experience.n
- SOQL and SOSL.n
- Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality. Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.n
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.n
- Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.n
- Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.n
