nJob Description:
nThe RPA Developer serves in a mid-level to senior capacity and brings strong Microsoft Power Automate experience, with the ability to independently design, build, deploy, and support automations; collaborate with business teams; troubleshoot production issues; and adhere to enterprise SDLC and change control practices. Advanced AI, custom connector, and broader Power Platform experience are preferred but not required.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDesign, develop, test, and support automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
nPartner with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into automation solutions.
nImplement and configure workflows, scripts, connectors, and reusable automation components that are productive, maintainable, secure, and easy to support.
nAnalyze business process documentation,



workflow diagrams, and user requirements to identify practical automation opportunities.
nSupport existing automations and implement enhancements or change requests as part of a structured SDLC and change control process.
nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with automation workflows, including production support, error handling, and performance improvements.
nCreate and maintain technical documentation, test plans, deployment notes, and support procedures for automation solutions.
nStay current with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend practical improvements that increase automation reliability, scalability, and business value.
nMust Have Skills & Desired Skills :
n3+ years of experience in automation, workflow development, application development, or RPA, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
