nUnderstand customizations done in Classic and evaluate all these customizations are needed in Lightning.
nAble to migrate custom components to Lightning Web Component.
nKnowledge on Angular framework, Java.
nCode analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency
nDesign solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.
nUse Lightning Flows to Automate some of processing needs
nDevelop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
