nSAP VIM Consultant responsible for design, configuration, and support of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM by OpenText) integrated with SAP ECC / S4HANA. The role focuses on automating invoice processing, exception handling, and integration with SAP P2P and FI processes.

- Configure and support SAP VIM (OpenText) for invoice capture, OCR, workflow, and exception handlingn
- End‐to‐end ownership of Vendor Invoice Processing lifecyclen
- Invoice ingestionn
- Validationn
- Workflow approvaln
- Posting & archivingn
- Integrate SAP VIM with SAP FI, MM, and P2P processesn
- Handle VIM exception cases, tolerances, duplicate checks, and error resolutionn
- Work closely with business users, AP teams, and finance stakeholdersn
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and minor enhancementsn
- Support UAT, testing, and documentationn
- Coordinate with ABAP team for VIM enhancements and interfacesn
