nWhat We're Looking For

- 10+ years' experience in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadershipn
- Robust background in discrete manufacturing (automotive, industrial equipment, engineering)n
- Proven track record of delivering board-sponsored transformation programsn
- Hands-on experience working in shop floor environmentsn
- Expertise in:n
- Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturingn
- Digital platform development and implementationn
- Innovation and multi-party transformation anchoragen
