NAppsquadz is looking for an experienced Analytics Head to lead the data, analytics, and reporting strategy for a large-scale OTT Platform under the Prasar Bharati Project. NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting strategy for the OTT platform. N
- Define KPIs, reporting schemas, data models, and dashboard requirements. N
- Analyze audience behavior, content consumption, engagement, and retention. N
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and client stakeholders. N
- Drive data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance. N
- Lead and mentor the analytics and reporting team. N

- Big Data & NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB) N
- AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift) N

- AI/ML Analytics & Recommendation Engine exposure N
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills N
