NWhat you'll own
n
- Lead qualification (the core) - screen every inbound enquiry against MOQ, product feasibility
Nand customer segment (distributor / EPC / end-user / OEM / government);
make correct qualify
N/ reject decisions with minimal supervision;
flag junk to the manager same day, never pass it
Nforward.
n
- Multi-channel inbound - own all inbound touchpoints during working hours: calls, WhatsApp
NBusiness, LiveChat, emailand B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) — with zero missed
Nenquiries and FRT ≤ 15 minutes.
N
- Clean handoff to Sales -transfer every qualified lead with full context: company info, product
Ninterest, MOQ fit and conversation history.
N
- Outreach & re-engagement- run outreach on unconverted quotations,



lapsed leads and
Nexisting prospects;
pick the right reason, right message and right channel for each objection
N(MOQ too high, price, timing) rather than sending generic follow-ups.

- CRM hygiene - maintain alive nurturing pipeline in Zoho CRM, every prospect tagged by stage,
N100% data completeness across inbound and outreach, zero pending updates beyond end of
Nday.

- Pipeline reporting - weekly review with the Support Manager: contacts reached, response
Nrate, conversion funnel and pipeline value.
NWhat we're looking for

- Graduate, with 1-2 yearsin inbound tele-calling, customer support, inside sales or B2B enquiry
Nhandling.

- Empathy first - patience, warmth and persistence handling repeated enquiries;
skilled
nphone and chat etiquette;
a genuine customer-first mindset.

- Multitasking under load - able to manage simultaneous calls, chats and CRM updates without
