nWe are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, SharePoint, and AWS environments.
nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systemsn
- Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiencyn
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware toolsn
- Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalationsn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integration solutionsn
- Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined SLA and escalation protocolsn
- Support automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or RPA platformsn




- Contribute to solutions involving SharePoint, Slack integrations, and cloud services (AWS)n
- Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation use cases where applicablen
