We are hiring a RPA Automation Engineer for a Data Analytics & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides analytics solutions to improve business decisions across global operations and business functions.

nThe team focuses on enhancing productivity and efficiency through business analytics, data science, and automation projects, enabling faster and more effective decision-making.

nThis role is part of the Automation group, supporting global operations process automation and delivering solutions with speed and efficiency while supporting business growth.

nEligibility Criteria:

- n
- Experience: 7–10 yearsn
- Expertise: Solution Design & Development in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)n
- Education: BE/BTech/MTech (Computer Science or related engineering stream)n

nPrimary Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Design and develop efficient, scalable end-to-end process automation solutionsn
- Implement solutions aligned with Agentic / Intelligent Automation using multi-bot architecture for real-time adaptationn




- Work across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud & Desktop)n
- Deliver POCs for feasibility of complex solutionsn
- Gather requirements and communicate architecture, design, and workflows effectively with stakeholdersn
- Handle stakeholder discussions and ensure alignmentn
- Lead automation lifecycle: development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare supportn
- Research and recommend recent technologies to improve automation efficiencyn
- Upgrade/migrate automation solutions to newer versions (Power Automate / Automation Anywhere)n
- Maintain source control (Azure DevOps / GitHub) and environment promotion strategiesn
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable components and CoE practicesn
- Follow automation standards: code quality, logging, error handling, folder structuresn
- Collaborate with enterprise IT teams and align with technology roadmapn
