- 9+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP / STIBO MDM. N
- Extensive experience inApplication Production Support and Incident Management. N
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices. N
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting. N
- Experience in monitoring and supporting inbound and outbound data feeds. N
- Experience in User Access Management and AD (Active Directory) administration. N
- Ability to investigate,troubleshoot, and resolve STEP configuration and technical issues within SLA timelines. N
- Experience in deploying, testing, and supporting STEP software releases. N
- Strong understanding ofdata quality, data governance, and data stewardship processes. N




- Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions. N
- Hands-on experience with STEP scripting, configuration changes, and enhancement activities. N
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. N
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. N
