NResponsibilities

- N
- Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models for buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and other construction projects. N
- Create and modify 3D models of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel structures. N
- Hands on experience in reinforcement modelling and detailing. N
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models. N
- Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines. N
- Perform model quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans. N




- Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings. N
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models. N
- Support engineers in preparing design deliverables and project documentation. N
- Maintain model version control and project data management. N
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. N
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues. N
- Assist in implementing BIM workflows and continuous improvement initiatives. N

nQualifications
n3 – 10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling.
NExperience working on residential, commercial, industrial.
NFamiliarity with structural drawings and construction documentation.
NDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
