- Hands-on experience in creating ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notifications. N
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools. N
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery tools. N
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes. N
