NWe are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and related modules, along with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
NKey Responsibilities
nConfigure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules based on business requirements.
NGather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
NPerform business process configuration and security administration.
NSupport Workday implementations, enhancements, and production issues.
NConfigure calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and business processes.
NWork closely with HR, IT,and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
NPerform data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.




NSupport Workday releases by evaluating current features and implementing relevant enhancements.
NCreate functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer documents.
NEnsure compliance with HRpolicies, data security, and governance standards.
NRequired Skills
n10+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
NStrong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Business Process configuration, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
NExperience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and Workday integrations (EIB preferred).
NKnowledge of Workday release management and tenant configuration.
NExperience in data migration, testing, and production support.
NStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
NAbility to work in Agile environments.
NPreferred Skills
nExperience with additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, or Recruiting.
