Title: Observability Architect

Role Overview: Seeking an Architect specializing in infrastructure monitoring and observability to design scalable monitoring architectures across complex hybrid environments. This role focuses on implementing LogicMonitor and Dynatrace to deliver deep application telemetry, data-driven insights, and reliable digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
Design comprehensive observability architectures integrating infrastructure monitoring tools with application telemetry (metrics, logs, and traces).
Define monitoring standards and best practices for the enterprise-wide adoption of LogicMonitor and Dynatrace.
Configure LogicMonitor and Dynatrace platforms to capture critical signals, translate telemetry into actionable insights, and optimize alerting thresholds to reduce noise.
Build reusable observability frameworks, health dashboards,



and reporting metrics for delivery leadership and cross-functional teams.
Drive automation of monitoring configurations using templates and scripting to ensure consistency across cloud and on-premises deployments.
Author architectural documentation, reference designs, implementation guidelines, and operational runbooks.

Core Requirements:
Technical Expertise: Advanced experience architecting enterprise solutions with LogicMonitor and Dynatrace across complex hybrid infrastructure.
Architecture Background: Strong background in telemetry framework design, alert tuning, root-cause analysis optimization, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Preferred Certifications: LogicMonitor Certified Skilled, Dynatrace Associate, or general Observability/SRE certifications
