We are looking for a Machine Learning Developer who possesses deep knowledge in model development, advanced analytics, and Generative AI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing ML models that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
Model Development: Build, develop, train, and optimize advanced algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning to address business challenges and improve customer outcomes.
Generative AI Solutions: Build and enhance LLM-based applications, RAG systems,



and AI-powered personalization solutions.
Data Preparation & Feature Engineering: Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and develop high-quality training datasets for model development.
Experimentation & Analysis: Conduct model testing, performance evaluation, and continuous experimentation to improve prediction accuracy and business impact.
Business Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
AI Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and identify opportunities to leverage them across the organization.
