Role Description The Executive Customer Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, with a starting compensation of approximately 35,000 and an expectation for immediate joining. In this role, the Executive Customer Support professional will handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, escalating issues when necessary,



and coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs. The role involves explaining products and services, assisting with order status or account information, and following up to confirm that customer concerns are resolved.
