About the Role
At Red Rock India, we’re looking for a proactive, energetic and process-driven Account Manager who combines solid client-servicing skills with a good understanding of digital and social media.
You will be the key link between our clients and internal creative, content and digital teams — understanding client requirements, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating execution and ensuring timely delivery.
The role also involves actively managing social media mandates, including content planning, research, calendar creation, posting coordination, competitor analysis and keeping clients updated on the latest social media trends and opportunities.
You should be comfortable interacting with clients, presenting ideas, coordinating multiple projects and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management




Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Regularly visit clients for meetings, briefings, reviews and relationship-building.
Understand client objectives and take clear, detailed briefs.
Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for creative, content and digital teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per expectations.
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Present creative concepts, content plans and marketing proposals to clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively resolve issues.
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media mandates for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars in coordination with the creative and content teams.
Conduct research on brands, industries, audiences and relevant topics to generate content ideas.
