As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, the HR - SREXE will play a
vital role in shaping and executing our recruitment processes. You will be
responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top
talent, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate journey. Your expertise will
contribute to building a diverse and talented workforce, driving the success of
Digitide Solutions Limited.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source and
attract top talent.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements,
ensuring a smooth hiring process.
* Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience,
conducting thorough interviews and assessments.
* Maintain a talent pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with
potential candidates and industry professionals.
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process, fostering a strong employer brand.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment,




continuously improving our strategies.
* Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to
offer acceptance.
* Provide support and guidance to hiring managers, offering expertise in talent
acquisition and retention.
* Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement
and optimizing processes.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for
new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment,
preferably in a tech-focused environment.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent, with a
focus on diversity and inclusion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
solid relationships.
* Strong organizational and project management skil
