About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in Salesforce administration, Tier 3 support, configuration, data management, and enhancements. The role involves supporting Salesforce instances across global business units, resolving complex escalations, managing production and UAT environments, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-support skills are essential.

Job Description

As part of the Salesforce COE team, the candidate will provide Tier 3 support for multiple Salesforce environments, handling user setup, territory and data management, bugs, maintenance activities, and escalated support cases. The role also involves implementing small enhancements and mid-level complex Salesforce configurations across UAT and Production.

The position requires a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, its limitations, point-and-click capabilities, data migrations, sharing and visibility management,



and integrations. The candidate will also perform first-level code analysis and work with tools such as SFDX, CLI, VS Code, and Git.

The role includes mentoring other Salesforce support team members, developing reports and technical documentation, supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, and performing manual and automated data migrations using ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 Salesforce support for user setup, territory management, data issues, bugs, and maintenance.
Handle escalated cases and enhancement requests across UAT and Production environments.
Deliver mid-level complex Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
Perform initial code analysis and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
Configure Salesforce point-and-click functionality, including Flows and Workflows.
Support data migrations, sharing and visibility management, and Salesforce integrations.
