About The Role

Pacific Group is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in the Saudi Arabian market from our India office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to delivery.

This role requires a proactive individual who can independently drive sales growth, build long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Develop strategies to increase market reach and customer acquisition.

Client Communication & Sales

Communicate professionally with clients through email, WhatsApp,



phone calls, and online meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms when required.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.

Sales Operations & Documentation

Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, packing slips, delivery notes, and related sales documents.
Track all leads, inquiries, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with the Purchase Department to obtain competitive pricing and product availability.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
