About The Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive – Telesales for a leading healthcare/HealthTech company. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, telesales, inside sales, or telecalling, with solid communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain healthcare products/services and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.





Requirements

1+ year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Healthcare Sales.
Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Diagnostics, Pharma, Medical Devices, Wellness or related industries will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
Candidates who can commute to Sultanpur, Delhi are preferred.
