? Position: Civil Supervisor
? Employment: Full-Time | In office
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth, timely and quality execution of civil works.
? Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily civil construction & site activities
• Manage labour, contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications & quality standards
• Monitor site progress, measurements and material usage
• Maintain DPRs, site records and work documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and management
• Ensure proper safety, quality and housekeeping at site
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to maintain project timelines
? Candidate Profile
• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
• Relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision




• Good knowledge of construction work, measurements & drawings
• Strong manpower handling and site coordination skills
• Good communication and reporting ability
• Ability to take ownership and work efficiently at project sites
