Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the assigned territory. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, and presenting suitable audio and AV solutions from the company’s product portfolio. The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular market visits,



track competitor activity, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, integrators, and end customers. Daily activities involve preparing quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, following up on leads, and ensuring timely order closure and collections. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for delivery, after-sales support, and product training, while consistently meeting sales targets and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally in pro-audio, AV, electronics, or related industries.
Strong skills in territory management, customer relationship building, and negotiation to effectively close deals and retain clients.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
