Role Overview
As Senior Lead Generation Executive – Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads from engineering colleges, universities, and educational institutions. This is a target-driven, high-visibility role with direct impact on revenue growth and program expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach (60%)




Identify and generate leads from Tier 1, 2 & 3 engineering colleges and universities PAN India.
Conduct high-volume outbound activities – cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and personalized campaigns.
Understand institutional pain points related to student employability, skill development, and industry alignment.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations of the ZenCube platform.
Sales Pitching & Conversion (25%)
Create genuine need for the ZenCube Program by showcasing its value in student skill enhancement, project-based learning, certification, and placement readiness.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Active and Leading contribution in converting every Walk-In to successful onboarding.
Maintain complete brand integrity and leadership cadence in every interaction.
Relationship Building & Pipeline Management (10%)
Build and nurture robust relationships with key st
