Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Data & ML Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Platform and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves managing data engineering projects ensuring the successful implementation of machine learning solutions and contributing to the companys data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks to drive business insights and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing data pipelines for enhanced decision-making.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of data platforms by leveraging Azure Platform capabilities.
Lead the development of data processing frameworks that support real-time analytics and reporting.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.




Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans.
Implement best practices for data governance and security to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance.
Drive innovation by exploring new data technologies and methodologies to enhance the companys data capabilities.
Facilitate the deployment of machine learning models into production environments ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with data scientists to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy and performance.
Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
