Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in video, motion, andstatic creatives to lead execution across performance marketing and brandstorytelling. You will own end-to-end creative delivery from brief to final output while mentoring ateam of 3–4 designers. This role requires a hands-on creative thinker who can driveideation, ensure high-quality execution, and scale performance-driven creativesacross paid, email, web, and lifecycle channels in close collaboration with marketingand product teams.



Key Responsibilities● Own end-to-end design and video execution across paid ads, email, website,landing pages, and e-commerce assets.● Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives(including product videos, explainers, and UGC-style ads) for Meta, Google, You Tube, Linked In, and other digital platforms.● Translate marketing objectives and performance insights into compelling visualconcepts that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions.● Lead creative ideation for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives,continuously testing new formats, hooks, and trends.● Mentor and review a small design team, ensuring high creative standards,efficient workflows, and on-time delivery.● Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, content, product, and growthteams to align creative with business goals.● Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and final creative QA before go-live acrossall channels and ge
