Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Healthcare Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will assist users with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.
You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for patients having CGM devices.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from clients.
Assist customers with service-related queries, appointment scheduling, and basic troubleshooting.
Provide accurate information about services, processes, and program offerings.




Resolve or escalate customer issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company processes, service standards, and turnaround times (TATs).

Requirements
Qualification: BSc/ BHSc/ Dietician/ Nutritionist/ Any other Science background
Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / help desk / client servicing roles
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tools
Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
Language Preference- Hindi, English, Malayalam
