What would you do? • Point of contact and owner of their respective processes. GPOs are the process leads and alongside their respective Process Matter Experts (PME) teams,



will drive the activities and deliverables for their respective process areas. • Cutover and Ongoing Operations • Work with the transition teams during the cutover phase to execute process cutover activities • Lead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIs • Ideate, test and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of Client business value • Provide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teams • Training and Service Rehearsals • Lead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areas • Train BPO process SMEs • Help the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT • Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gaps
