The ideal candidate should have a solid creative mindset for content planning, scripting, and trend-based posts, along with basic knowledge of boosting campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Creative Strategy
Plan creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, and viral content styles.
Content Creation & Scripting
Write creative captions, hooks, and scripts for reels, short videos, and campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content.
Conceptualize creative campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
Platform Management




Manage and maintain client social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction.
Campaign Support & Boosting
Support in executing social media campaigns for brand promotions and launches.
Assist in boosting posts and running basic ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Performance Tracking
Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers growth, and campaign performance.
Share basic insights and reports for ongoing improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong creative thinking, content planning, and scripting skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
Basic knowledge of social media ad boosting and paid promotio
