As part of our expansion in Tamil Nadu, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Used Car Loans to develop and manage the used-car loan business in Salem and surrounding markets.
Role Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a strong sourcing network of used-car dealers, brokers, mediators, DSAs and other referral partners, generating consistent loan volumes and ensuring cases are processed through partner banks and NBFCs efficiently.
The role requires strong local market knowledge, relationship-building ability and a target-driven approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Develop the Used Car Loan business across Salem and nearby markets.
Identify and onboard used-car dealers,



brokers, mediators and other sourcing partners.
Build long-term relationships with active dealer and referral networks.
Generate new business through regular market visits and partner engagement.
Identify high-potential used-car clusters and expand Monvex's presence within those markets.
Develop additional sourcing channels to increase monthly loan volumes.
Dealer & Broker Network Management
Maintain regular engagement with dealers and sourcing partners.
Ensure consistent lead generation from active partners.
Reactivate inactive dealers and brokers.
Track dealer-wise leads, logins, approvals and disbursements.
Resolve operational and lender-related issues affecting partner business.
Build Monvex as a preferred financing partner for used-car dealers in the Salem market.
Loan Sourcing & Conversion
Source eligible customers requiring finance for used-car purchases, refinance, balance transfer or top-up
