Position Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration.

The role will involve working closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers,



and other team members to support the organization's HR strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact with US-based candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
Conduct and coordinate interviews with US-based candidates, ensuring a skilled and positive candidate experience
Communicate effectively with US-based candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination
Manage and maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR trackers
Support payroll and benefits administration
