Role Description
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick-commerce platforms, D2C, and other relevant marketplaces.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly on product listings, catalogue optimisation, Brand Store management, sales growth, advertising, promotions, analytics, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities





Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and sales across Amazon and other marketplaces.
Drive front-end sales growth, revenue, conversion, traffic, and overall marketplace performance.
Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ Content, attributes, and backend search terms.
Manage and continuously optimize the Amazon Brand Store to improve navigation, discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
Ensure product catalogs are accurate, updated, and optimized across all marketplaces.
Develop marketplace strategies to improve organic ranking, visibility, conversion, and sales.
Plan and execute Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising performance including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, and sales.
Optimize campaigns based on keywords, search terms, products, bids, budgets, and overall profitability.
