Position Overview
We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing
relationships with key B2B clients and business partners.
The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring smooth service delivery, coordinating with
internal teams, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth and revenue
generation.




Freshers with an MBA who have solid communication and relationship-management skills are also
encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and business partners.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
● Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
● Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth
service delivery.
● Monitor account performance, usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
● Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and business growth.
● Handle client escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
● Maintain regular communication with clients and conduct client meetings/business reviews.
● Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoicing, outstanding payments, and collections.
