Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales growth and market development within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing existing dealer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting regular sales visits to key accounts.



The role involves achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback on pricing, products, and competitor activity. The Area Sales Manager will prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. This position also requires organizing local promotional activities, supporting brand visibility, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in field sales, area or territory management, preferably in electrical, consumer durables, or related industries.
Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional customers, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
