Role Description The Store Manager role at JAIPUR PINKK is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising reflects the brand’s design ethos. This role involves engaging with customers, providing personalized service, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming store setting.



The Store Manager tracks sales performance, implements promotional activities, and supports loss prevention procedures. The position also requires coordinating with the leadership team on store targets, reporting, and continuous improvements in customer experience and store efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a positive in-store experience.
Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and collaborate with management.
Proficiency in Store Management, including staffing, scheduling, inventory oversight, and maintaining store standards.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and support secure store operations.
Prior experience in retail management or fashion/lifestyle stores, preferably with premium or designer brands.
