We are looking for a fashion consultant to join our team in Balewadi, Pune.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, has a good eye for styling, and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Styling & Customer Consultation
Understand customers' requirements, occasions and personal style.
Recommend outfits and complete looks based on their preferences, body type and occasion.
Assist customers with trials, fittings and styling.
Stay updated with current fashion and occasion-wear trends.
2. Sales
Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised shopping experience.
Follow up with customers and enquiries to drive conversions.
Work towards individual and store sales targets.
3. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly organised.
Coordinate inward/outward movement of garments and accessories.




Track availability, returns, damages, and missing items.
Ensure the store and inventory are maintained to a high standard.
4. Store Branding & Marketing
Help maintain the visual presentation and overall look of the store.
Support in-store branding, displays, and merchandising.
Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Contribute ideas for social media/content and store-level marketing.
5. Order Management
Manage customer orders from booking to dispatch/collection and return.
Coordinate fittings, alterations, pickups and returns.
Ensure orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
