Digital Ecommerce Merchandiser – Amazon and TikTok ShopAbout the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Ecommerce Merchandiser to manage and maintain ecommerce content across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you will ensure that product pages, Brand Stores, A+ Content and advertising creative are accurate, engaging, on-brand and consistently updated.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day digital merchandising across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Maintain product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, product copy, imagery and claims.
Manage and update Amazon Brand Stores, A+ Content and TikTok Shop content.
Coordinate ecommerce content for new product launches, campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all launch content is approved, uploaded and live on schedule.
Work with Marketing, Creative and external design partners on content and advertising briefs.
Review creative assets and provide clear feedback on copy, design and effectiveness.
Organise and maintain ecommerce asset libraries,



content trackers and delivery timelines.
Upload, download, file and manage ecommerce assets across relevant platforms.
Conduct regular content audits to identify missing, outdated or inaccurate information.
QA content before and after publication to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Support A/B testing across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Consolidate monthly creative performance data and help identify key learnings and recommendations.
Manage multiple assets, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
Required experience and skills
Previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or ecommerce content management.
Hands-on experience using Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
Experience managing content within TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
Strong understanding of Amazon PDPs, Brand Stores and A+ Content.
Robust copywriting, proofreading and quality-control skills.
Good understanding of ecommerce creative and wh
